Why Learn Coding?
Benefits Of Learning To Code
Multiple research has shown that kids who learn to code learn very important life skills. They perform better not only in academics, they also deal better with adverse scenarios
Failure Is Ok
When kids are learning to code, they will fail a lot. But they still keep going, making their code better, fixing errors, and ultimately achieving success.
Logical Reasoning
When kids have to build an app, game, or website – they build a step-by-step approach to achieve that end objective. They decide what’s the best approach.
Algorithmic Thinking
Coding involves multiple small steps to achieve a bigger end goal where you try to minimize and optimize smaller steps.
Problem-Solving Skills
Coding will throw new and unseen problems at your child every day. Over a period of time, kids will develop generic strategies to solve problems
Creativity
Learning to code helps kids develop a creator’s mindset and start thinking of themselves as a creator, innovators, and entrepreneurs.
Team Work
When kids work on projects, they learn to collaborate with each other and they grow proud of their hard work

My son is really enjoying coding classes with CodingHero. He has already learnt how to build a website and is now bubbling with ideas. He is really looking forward to launching his own games and apps. His mentor is well informed and good at explaining concepts to kids. I’m really happy that he joined Codinghero.

Yes, all our classes are live online classes.
All our mentors are experienced and accomplished professionals with a passion for teaching. They’ve been working in their respective fields for a minimum of 5+ years.
All our mentors go thru a very stringent selection process. After we’ve shortlisted their profile, they go thru a technical evaluation. Post this, they go thru a general evaluation where we check their communication, attitude, patience, and other qualities we consider essential for a mentor and teacher. Once they clear this round, they have to give our team a demo on a topic of their choice. Post this, our team does an onboarding training for them. Then, they sit thru couple of live classes being conducted by our other mentors. This whole process takes about 2-3 weeks and then new mentors get assigned.
Our classes are typically conducted in small groups of 3-5 students.

Have More Questions?
Coding is the way of giving instructions to a computer to do a certain task. In this course, kids learn to code by building fun applications and games. In the process they learn to use the incredible powers of computers to get things done.
CodingHero online coding classes improve your child’s creative, logical and problem-solving skills while developing their aptitude to use technology in the right way. They will be learning from highly qualified mentors.
Our main focus is delivering quality education while making the learning experience fun for kids.Yes, it’s better if kids start learning to code as early as possible. In today’s time coding and programming skills are no longer an extra academic activity rather a necessity for them. Learning to code literally requires efforts like that of learning a language, hence “Earlier you start learning a language, faster you learn”.
Kids as young as 6 years old can start learning to code. They learn in a fun & interactive way by applying imagination and critical thinking skills to create exciting projects. However, whatever age your child may be, it is never too late (or too early 🙂 ) to learn. They can begin even when they’re 5 or 14 or older.
Kids will learn to make apps and games that they have seen and enjoyed. They learn various programming languages and how to use them to communicate with the computer. In a way, they are learning how to instruct a computer to carry out tasks.
Our classes introduce kids to the world of coding through visual and block-based coding which is easy for them to understand, fun to learn and also very helpful in laying a strong foundation for programming.
Block-based coding or programming is a visual coding that utilizes a drag-and-drop learning environment, where programmers use coding instruction “blocks” to construct animated stories and games. It’s an entry-level activity, where kids can gain a foundation in computational thinking through visuals as opposed to coding that is based in text.
Online coding classes for kids are the best way for them to learn coding (in fact other subjects also). The foremost advantage is that parents/kids are freed from the problem of commuting (which is more tiresome during rush hours or bad weather) and get the same quality education. And the next is that kids get personal attention from their teachers.
In fact, in the current digital era, technical or computer skills are mandatory to survive. The online class comes as a blessing as it makes your child tech-savvy at an early stage of life.
CodingHero courses give you the time and space to truly focus on channeling your thoughts in a single direction and to take a deep dive into concepts, their uses and applications. Our course progressions are logically structured to make you a tech all-rounder over time.
Nowadays every school/board has computer science as an integral part of their curriculum. But the way it is implemented by schools is very mundane and monotonous. The focus is on good grades rather than clearing concepts and giving out practice questions. By joining an online coding class, kids can strengthen their understanding of coding. Apart from getting good grades in school, coding for kids can help them to acquire several skills such as logical and computational thinking, problem-solving abilities, etc.
Coding for kids not only helps improve their mathematics and writing skills but also gives them valuable skills in life and eventually in the workforce. There are many other life-long skills that kids acquire through coding:
1. Creative Skills: Coding encourages children to think creatively to find the right solutions.
2. Problem Solving Skills: Building programs and robots encourages curiosity and problem-solving.
3. Academic Skills: Coding puts your child ahead on the professional learning curve.
4. Soft Skills: Working in a team and heading solo projects teaches your child essential soft skills.
5. Power to Create and Ideate: Coding helps in generating ideas and solutions.
Introducing kids programming can change the way they interact with the technologies we use daily and can open their eyes to the infinite possibilities of coding. Thus, it is safe to say that in the future coding will be used in every industry. More opportunities will be available to a person who knows how to code as opposed to someone without this skill.
CodingHero is one of the leading online coding academies. We offer customized and easy-to-learn coding packages for kids which help in forming a solid programming foundation.
